Quick question about LLSP

I’m here right now and I have an LLSP for Rise, which has been down for hours. It’s my time to get on and I’ve decided to go back to the resort. I know it’s a crapshoot as to whether I can get my money back but if I do try, should I do it tonight, not tomorrow and can I do it anywhere. We have been at DHS all day and we’re just waiting for the last 3 hours for the LL to be valid. I’m done.

I’ve had no issues getting LLSP refunds under similar circumstances. Just go to a Guest Services kiosk (blue umbrella). I haven’t done this in a different park, I don’t think, so if you can go on your way out, that would be safest.

I’d do it today and either stop by guest services or a blue umbrella. I know others have had luck messaging a cm MDE.
