Quick question about Disney Tags...

Well, this is our very first trip to Disney and I have a question for all of you. The Disney Tags I'm seeing you all talk about, when they come, do I put those on our luggage? plus, we're getting Magical Express. Don't I get tags for that also? do I put both on our luggage? As you can see, I'm so new at all this but am learning so much by reading this board. I love it!! Thanks in advance for your help.
p.s. we're going Sept. 30-Oct.6th and we'll be at the Pop! hope to see some of you there!!

The luggage tags that you receive with your resort package are just a freebie that they send -- they are for your name and address and do not have to be used. The tags that ME sends are totally different -- they are more like the tags that airlines place on your luggage. Those you DO have to use if you want ME to pick up your luggage.

I got my ME pkg. about 39 days out and the resort pkg. about 33 days out from arrival date.

I got a purple envelope thing with tink on it with some trip information in it

so should I still be expecting something else? is it because we are staying at ASMo?

You know, I'm not really sure why there would be a difference in what we received. I only got the one packet from them. I made my reservations all online -- could that be the difference?

we are to arrive on September 6, I made my reservations with a human because I had to work in the MYW with my annual passes... perhaps another week and we will see
