Quick Points - Banking Question

My DVC member dashboard says I have 57 points available to bank. I have a vacation planned (DVC room booked using points) for later this year. Are the points I'm scheduled to use on this vacation already removed from the banking balance? Meaning, if I bank those 57 points now, will it mess up my vacation that's already booked?

Those are separate from what you have used for a reservation.
