Quick please, TDS PJ sizes?

DO the pajamas at TDS run pretty true to form?
Any idea what size a small actually is?

I need 2 ( I assume smalls, for the girls ages 3 and 4) and do I need a large for Cam? Hes 7

I have found them to run small....especially the "long john" type
