So I won't post a ton of images here. I've got some I'd like to show off and these will do for now. I'll see if I can dig through some others when I get home....not that I'm posting from work or anything. 
For an FYI this was with a Canon XT with the kit lens of 18-55. I've got a few other lenses but this is the lightest and my neck can take caring the monster that is the Tamron 18-250.
These headless horseman and somebody else's flash. Good timing and pure luck got this one.
Using a "knee pod" sitting on the curb. That was @1/5th. Not to shabby if I do say so.
