Quick OKW question

Are any of the OKW buildings with an elevator, smoking buildings?

I think buildings 62, 63, and 64 are the only ones that have elevators and the info I have shows that none of them are no smoking.

I could be wrong on the elevator buildings.

Scott is correct- only 62, 63 and 64 have elevators but, all are non-smoking.
