just checked into a studio on the fifth floor. Carpet looks fresh as does tile / grout. Generally new and fresh looking - although furnishings don't appear to have changed. Very nice condition.

If the room looks the same then they have not done it yet because the studios are getting the new wall unit with the pulldown bed.

The room has definitely not been renovated in terms of new furnishings. My husband doesn't seems to think its new carpet either. Perhaps he's correct - could be just deep cleaned. Definitely not the big renovation I've heard talked about. BUT I am impressed by the freshness of the unit. I'd post pics but it's just the same furnishings / drapery / etc as before. It makes me feel good about the upkeep because the beach club unit we had a few months ago was in DIRE need of freshening up. Sorry to get you guys excited - didn't mean to insinuate that it was rehabbed lol!!
