Quick ME ? Help!

need some clarification:
My niece, husband, and baby will be arriving on SW. They will probably fly luggage free - we're driving. I want to book ME for them (it's free and they will be dropped off at the hotel!). Am I correct in thinking that all they will need to do is get off plane and then head to were ME picks up (which is where?).

Want to have good info to pass on to them.

Yes, all they have to do is go right to the Disney Magical Express counter on level 1 on the "A" side of the airport. I believe Southwest gates are on the "A" side as well.

Make sure they check in at the ME counter first then they will tell them what bus line to go into!

Don't forget to actually make the ME booking. Ten days in advance is the rule but they have been lenient with slightly shorter notice. At least write down the name of the person you talked to in case the yellow tags and packet don't arrive in time.

as long as it's a disney hotel. not DTD hotels or S/D.

you didn't say what hotel you will be at.
