Quick MB question

I know it's a convenience for charging purchases and dining, but is the system also available at the many food & beverage kiosks for those mini purchases as you work your way through the parks? Thanks in advance.

Anywhere you would have had to use cash eg. balloon vendors you must still use cash. But things like the popcorn carts you can use your MB. Basically if it's big enough to have a cash register and is stationary, you can charge to your room.
