So I apparently didn't check all of the pockets of DD's shorts and just found her Ipod nano in the bottom of the washer.
Is there ANY hope for it? I did google and most of the suggestions were the "basics" of drying out electronics... don't turn it on, dry it with a low heat hairdryer, and submerge in a baggie of rice for a minimum of 48 hours before attempting to turn it on. The battery was completely dead, so I'm not worried that it was on or will try to come on during the drying process.
Any OTHER suggestion? I'm sad because she shared this Ipod with me! Thanks in advance!....................P

) She committed the cardinal sin of turning it on immediately and it did work. She shut it off and then it would not come on again. We tried the rice trick. We took it to an Apple store and they said it was shot. It was tossed in the glove box of my vehicle and forgotten about.
DS is thrilled because he now has an Ipod touch.
