DGD would like to have breaded pork chops for dinner - DD and her DH would like honey mustard glazed (breaded or not)..

I have a package of honey mustard glaze for pork or chicken - and I have seasoned bread crumbs.. Can I combine the two? And if so, what ratio?

Thanks! :)

I don't see why not. But instead of making a glaze, why not make a sauce that you can pour over the finished chops, or they can dip the chops in as they eat it. That actually sounds good to me.

Make your own, a nice bit of dijon mustard and some honey with a squeeze of lime, mix together and cover the pork chops, marinate for a few hours and grill whilst continuing to baste them. Sounds good to me

I actually have a recipe that states to spread dijon (or honey mustard, in your case) over the pork chop and then gently press the chop into the bread crumbs until coated. Flip and do the other side. Bake as usual.

Very tasty!

Thanks! This is what I was looking for.. DGD really wants hers breaded - the others don't care either way - so with this combination I can make everyone happy! :)
