Quick HHI ? Ever stay at The Quality INN

and Suites 200 Museum Street. I hotwired for Sat June 14th, $73. Driving down from Cleve, about a 12 hour shot. Check in is Sun the 15th, wanted to beat the crowd. The Quality Inn is only 5 miles from DVC HHI. Let m eknow your thoughts.

Also, anyone know a good place to stay on the way back north? Looking for someplace about midpoint.

Not sure about the hotel....but we'll see you at HHI. We check in on Monday the 16th!

We will check in on the 15th also. Have always stayed in Columbia and then gotten to the resort at about noon on Sunday. Our room used to always be ready but the last 3 years has not been ready till official check-in time. Anyway, we booked the Country Inn and Suites, Fort Jackson, for an internet special rate of 84.00. Hotel has an indoor pool and full complimentary breakfast. Really no rush to get there early unless your hubby has an early tee time.

We've never stayed at the Quality Inn, but we have stayed at the Motel 6 and at the Red Roof near the resort. One night each; it was enough. But, we were checking in to our favorite place the next morning, so we were able to deal with it.

I'm guessing that since the Quality Inn is a little further towards inland, it might not get quite the wear and tear as the two places I just mentioned.

We also stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express in Bluffton and it was very nice. (But since you reserved through Hotwire, this doesn't make any difference to you for this trip... )
