Quick help! Which resort?

I can pretty much take my pick, deluxe DVC. Choosing between BLT, Boardwalk, or BCV. I have not stayed at BCV, and would have to waitlist 2 nights to get it. Thoughts on that resort? How worth it is it?
I actually really like BW, but find the pool to be ehhh and the quick service restaurants non-existent (except for the bakery).
I like BLT a LOT, but have stayed there a bit and the points are a good bit higher to book there.
I'm going down with just myself and my 8 year old, splurging on a 1 bedroom for a week.

Depends on which parks you will spend the most time in. Personally we prefer the magic kingdom area, so I’d choose blt.

Yep. With an 8 year old for a MK focused trip - definitely BLT.

What about Wilderness Lodge DVC? Copper Creek and the one I always forget the name of?

I think you can’t go wrong with any of those, do you go often? I would be inclined to try something new, BCV. Especially since you mentioned that you love the BW but not the pool. The QS options in that whole area are definitely lacking, but the pool is great and you obviously know how well located it is!

The only factor for me would be how likely it is the wait list goes through and whether you miss out on all 3 by choosing to try for BCV. Are you booked somewhere else in the meantime?

Are you booking with home resort points or booking at seven months out?

Copper Creek might be good for you two. There are two pools to choose from and you are a quick boat ride to MK. I found the onsite restaurants to be pretty decent too. And if you don't like them, you can always take a boat ride over to the Contemporary for something there.
