Not sure if I'm being stupidly paranoid or this booking is booking is turning into a complete nightmrare.

Do the 'twin rooms' at the Dream Castle have single or double beds?

I was told we'd been 'upgraded' to a family room, but it didn't click til afterwards that we needed a family room anyway. Paperwork has arrived & it states twin room. A not so quick phonecall to customer services who say it's 2 singles.

Now if I hadn't paid for River, it wouldn't be too bad, but I've paid the same for her as 2 adults. So right now I'm Fuming.

I need some facts before I go ballistic on the phone.

I'm lost - how many folk are in your party, what are their ages, and how many rooms have you booked at the Dream Castle?

A standard room configuration at the Dream Castle is one King size bed and a set of bunk beds per room.

However, there are double rooms, which have one King size bed in them (we stayed in one at the Magic Cirucs, same company, same room configurations - and almost the same furniture - as the Dream Castle).

If it helps, I only had one adult, one child on my booking with the Dream Castle last year, and they put us in a standard family room (ie one king size bed and a set of bunks in our room).

Thanks for your response :goodvibes

I booked it through the company doing the Groupon Deal, without going through Groupon, which I am regretting a lot.

There are 2 adults and one 2 year old.

There is more to this story, but I'm at soft play, so need to be brief.

I've paid the same amount for all 3 of us. Not 2 adults & a free baby. Or 2 adults & a cheaper child. At the end of one conversation I was told I'd been upgraded to a family room. The penny didn't drop til later, well if the 3 of us weren't in a family room, how many beds were there going to be?

The paperwork states twin room. The paperwork is from the booking company, not the Dream Castle.

I can't find twin room on the Dream Castle website.

I wouldn't worry about it right now :) - as long as you have the confirmation booking number, I'd just contact the hotel direct a few days before you go, giving your booking number and ask for a nice quiet room for the 3 of you (2 adults and an infant).

As far as I'm aware from all the info I've seen on the Dream Castle, its rooms with a King size bed (so you could get a cot for River) or a King size bed and a set of bunks in a room.
