Quick Help Please !!!

We are heading over to DLR for early morning entrance and character breakfast with Minnie at Plaza Inn - its raining a bit ... do they cancel ?

I actually have no experience with this but since you need some quick answers I'll try to help.

I wouldn't think they would cancel it because I believe that the character breakfast is indoors - or at least that's what i've seen when people have posted pictures of their meals there.
