Quick help needed - on Disneyland Drive

Currently walking from convention center to go to Downtown Disney. What’s the easiest way for me to get in from south of the hotels walking north?

Walk up the Paradise Pier Hotel, then go around back and follow the pathway towards the Disneyland Hotel, which leads to Downtown Disney and the security checkpoint on that side.

Keep walking north on Disneyland Dr. until you get to the PPH. You can either enter the PPH hotel and walk through to the back exit, then follow the path around to the parking lot behind the hotel, and keep following that path (and the posted signs) around the DLH to the DLH/DTD bag check. Or you can keep walking on Disneyland Dr. past the PPH to the driveway entrance of the parking lot (it will be on your left), enter there and head for the DLH, follow the path and the posted signs to the DLH/DTD bag check, and ta da! This is an easy walk -- once you've done it, you'll be able to do it again quite easily.
If you place a mobile order at the Starbucks Downtown Disney West II (the small one by the Lego Store), your order will be ready by the time you get through the DLH/DTD bag check.

I presume you’re in town for the NAMM show? I was supposed to go down today but credentials never came through. I also planned to sneak over to DL for a bit, either before or after.

They used to. But a lot of people head over to the park after work anyway so I’d guess that it’s not something they’re trying to incentivize at this time. Although sometimes there are conventions that can get special tickets for this scenario.

Didn’t think to ask but I will tomorrow maybe. I have a park hopper for Monday and didn’t think I’d have any free nights but here I am.

You should be able to get NAMM discounted twilight tickets at the ticket desk at the Hilton. I've done that in the past.

I was going to suggest the same thing. I was able to get discount tickets for a different conference at the Hilton desk even after they were no longer available directly through the conference. They had a sign about them right at the desk. You do not need to be staying at the Hilton. The desk is in the lobby near the Starbucks.
