Quick garden grocer question

I know now that I should have paid more attention to all the garden grocer questions, DH and I just decided to order a few things to have delivered when we arrive on Saturday, Jan. 16.

We ordered one perishable item (milk). We will arrive at the resort around noon, it's scheduled to be delivered between 11AM-1PM. Should I pick a later time once we know we have a room, and will be back from the soccer tournament and in our room so we can put the milk right in our fridge?

We haven't used GG yet, but from what I read, the bell services will refrigerate the perishables. That's mostly been from the CBR boards, but I'd image it's other resorts too.

I am not sure if it's at all resorts but we stayed at AKL and ordered from Garden Grocer. I scheduled delivery about an hour after our expected arrival time. Unfortunately flying from Australia, once we reached LA our onward flights to Orlando had been cancelled and all other flights were full for the next 5 days! (were full or cancelled too, due to some problem with the MD planes being grounded nationwide). So we were rerouted around the country so we could get to Orlando (AA were fantastic). So we arrived at AKL a day late. I had called the hotel to say we were delayed but we were coming but completely forgot about our Garden Grocer order that had quite a few things needing to be kept in the fridge, including milk.

When we arrived the next day (after our groceries had been delivered) Bell Services had kept everything lovely and cool in the fridge for us, which I believe they do with all grocery deliveries. So provided your resort has a fridge then Bell Service will store you cold items until you arrive back to your room. It was fantastic!

Thank you both so much for alleviating my worries, I knew I had read somewhere that the bell service would possibly refridgerate the perishables, but I just wasn't sure. I'm so excited, only 4 days to go! Disney World, here we come!
