Quick FP+ Question

My hotel check in date is Sep 22. Does that mean I can log in tonight at midnight and set up FP+?

Another random issue. I logged in and got FP+ for one of my vaca days for me, my wife, and 3 kids. I am trying to get another day, but it keeps forcing me to remove my wife from the party because she has reached her FP+ limit. But she only has the one day I set up so far, same as the rest of the family. This is the first time I have ever set up FP+, so there is no chance there are random other days in the system or anything weird like that.

Any idea what could be causing this?
