Posted in wrong thread before... how do we make a quick exit from mk on a party night after a bog adr at 6:10? We do not want to get caught in any parades or shows. We do not have party tickets. Thanks!

If the party has already started by your exit time then a CM will most likely eacort you out utilizing backstage areas when appropriate.

Thank you so much for the quick response! I feel like I did tons of planning for this trip but now that we're actually here it is overwhelming to experience firsthand! :-) Appreciate the quick response!

It has been a few years since we went to a ticketed party, or even MK on a party day, but we have entered and exited MK during parades many times. I have only been given access to backstage areas once- though I hear they are doing it more often. If a CM does offer to escort you out, then problem solved.

If not, even during a parade/fireworks, it is possible to exit MK via the sidewalk. If it is actually during a parade, guests can't cross the parade route.

Another option is to walk through the gift shops- especially if you are on the Casey's side - the shops are all connected. On the other side, you have to go down further. You can at least cut through the Confectionary, though you might be tempted to buy a bag of my favorite rice crispy treats or some fudge. :)

Not on a party night, I believe. CMs won't allow non party goers into any shops. But if Main Street is impassable, they'll probably have the bypass open.

Our experience was a little different. We had a 6:35 BOG and were not attending MNSSHP. Our dinner finished up at 8 pm.

No one escorted us when we left BOG. It was pretty dark and we tried to make our way out and ended up staying on the left side.

There were lots of people with no wristbands and I saw 4 cm's who did absolutely nothing to ask them to leave.

We are planning on going to MVMCP and I hope we dont experience seeing non wristband people again. I would really feel like I was not getting my moneys worth if that happened.

I think it partly depends how busy it is on the party night in question. Historically, the later parties are more busy than the early parties. So folks who regularly go to one of the busier parties experience something different from the folks who experience one of the less busy parties.

It also makes sense to me, that Disney has more staff on hand when they have sold more party tickets.

The above concern (clearing out non-ticket holding guests) is old as the ticketed parties.
