quick & dumb question alert! tax on DDP?

hello! planning to add the DDP to my upcoming trip and use it for the first time. quick question, is the cost:

$37.99 + TAX?

or just $37.99 FLAT (including county tax already?)

no tax added to the price of the plan. But, remember, when you use it, tax and tip (18%) are both included. If service is good you can tip more if you wish.
