Here is my quick dining review (I’m still so far behind on chores and Christmas doings).
We love dining at Disney. There are so many places and things to try. We try to do some new places each visit.

We had a Cuban sandwich (which wasn’t really Cuban ;) , Chicken Caesar Salad,
brownie (in Poohshoney’s honor :) )

Dinner was at Columbia Harbor House (always a favorite of ours for fast food)
We had the fish basket, clam chowder, and 2 drinks.

Day 3-Dec. 6
We were eagerly awaiting this trip to EPCOT J
We planned to dine our way around the world.
It was fun, but hard to chose something. In some countries we had to have several items.
I lost some receipts from this adventure, so I don’t have exact prices of everything.
UK- fish and chips from Yorkshire Fish Shop- $6.25
France- almond croissant from Boulangerie Patisserie- $3.00
Morocco- Couscous Salad (the deal of the day), generous couscous, hummus and ½ a roll for $1.95, also marinated olives for $1.95 at Tangierine Café.
Italy- cannoli from the cart- $3.50
Japan- marinated spicy tuna roll, udon soup and green tea ice cream from Yakitori House- $13.34
Germany- Smoked ham sandwich at Sommerfest- $4.09
China- Vegetable Lo Mein and hot and sour soup from Lotus Blossom Café.- $7.16
Norway- rice cream (for Poohshoney and lilboo), almond pretzel (ended up saving it for breakfast) and smoked salmon sandwich- $12.37
Mexico- Tacos al Carbon from Cantina de San Angel- $7.16
Canada- maple and chocolate beaver tail- $3.50
…..and we waddled away.

Day 4-Dec. 7

What's a Tacos al Carbon though?

Hope you enjoyed it :teeth: We did have you and Poohshoney to feed too you know ;)

Tacos Carbon is chicken, peppers and onions in flour tortillas.

Actually the Smoked Salmon Sandwich-how did that come?

And also what's a Major Domo pie? Is it like a Shepherd's Pie ?

How was the green tea ice cream, I had no idea they had that...not too sweet I hope?

Good...you should know what you "ate" :teeth:

Major Domo pie was layered....a flaky crust, mashed potatoes. very good beef (tips, maybe), sauteed peppers. It was VERY good.

The green tea ice cream was not very sweet. Very mild.

DH ate the salmon. He thought it was some of the best he has ever had (and we are from salmon country ;) ).
It is thinly sliced on an open faced sanwhich with a scoop of sieved hard-boiled egg.
The same salmon was at Akershus and he ate a good portion there too :teeth:

aaahhhh...***lilboo's mouth starts to water uncontrollably***

...the smoked salmon sandwich!!! OH my...

It all sounds exactly as it should be.:)

Thanks for the review! (Now I'm hungry).

Sounds like you had a lot of nice meals (sans the pizza :( )

Thanks for the report!

I had lunch at 50s Primetime on 12/5, too. DH and I had the fried chicken. Love the smores!!! They were really good, but I was pulling marshmallow off my teeth for hours! ;)

I like your idea of dining around the world. We did that last year at the Food and Wine Fest, but I never thought to do it at all the regular places. Something to think about. :)

Very nice report, Nancy!

Did I understand you that you went to MVMCP twice?

How cool!

Thanks for sharing this with us!

Well, kind of ;)
The first night it rained all night and all the shows and parades were cancelled.....so we bought tickets fro another night. That was wonderful.
