Quick counter service reviews 3/24-3/27

I took a quick trip with DD High school band for Magical Music days. We were given several meal tickets as part of the packeage. I ate at a Mcdonalds in AK and had a great chicken salad.

At MGM we ate at Pizza planet and had veggie pizza, salad and a cookie. The pizza was an individual 6- 8 inch, I shared it with another chaperone. I thought the pizza was good, the salad fresh.

At Epcot we ate at the Electric Umbrella. I had a turkey wrap which was good, and came with cole slaw. It was OK I also got my favorite at Norways bakery- the Kringla pretzel with almonds. I was wonderful and huge.

At MK I ate at Pecos Bills and had the pork BBQ sandwich with fries. The fixing bar was impressive although I only used the ketchup. The meal came with a gross peanut buttter brownie, the only dessert offered. Somehow they gave me 2. I gave one away and after one bite threw the other away. The sandwich was good but not hot as it should have been.

The meal tickets we had only let us eat at certain restaraunts but they were fine, maybe would not have been my first choice especially at EPCOT. I did really see any counter service meals that appealed to me at MGM. Nancy

Thanks for the reviews. My DS loves Toy Story, so I think Pizza Planet is going to be a "must-do."

Thanks for the reviews. I tried Pizza Planet, rather hesitantly, for the first time in December and was pleasantly surprised by the food. The pizza and salad were both good.

We are going in a couple of weeks with my daughters dance team for Magic Music Days. We also are given a meal coupon for each day. Do you happen to remember what restaurants they are good for?? Thanks.
