My favorite park breakfast is the breakfast egg and cheese croissants at Boulangerie at USF and Croissant Moon at IOA. Both are within steps of the entrance gates.
Yes. In IOA, they have a character breakfast at the Confisco Grille for $15.95 for adults and $9.95 for children. For a cheaper option, they have breakfast sandwiches at the Croissant Moon Bakery. At Universal Studios, they serve breakfast at the Beverly Hills Boulangerie.

I think the Boulangerie is owned by the Cheesecake Factory which is awesome!! They also have great lunch sandwiches too, along with the BEST desserts!!!
I agree with the Cinnabon stop in City Walk. I wanted to get in the Park when it opened but my husband HAD to stop at Cinnabon. On our way out, we bought a four pack so we could have them for breakfast since we had a kitchenette in our hotel room.
