Quick AP renewal question

I bought a FL resident weekday select pass last year on 4/9. I am now in my renewal window (60 days before) . If I renew for a silver pass today(and they charge me), can I go to the parks this weekend or does the new access level not take effect until 4/9? Thanks!

The Silver Pass level will not begin until 4/9.

So the website says it will charge my card within 2 days ... there is no real reason to renew early then - in fact a detriment?

I would call and ask. When I renewed, the CM thought the benefits would start right away. But I really didn't pay attention because we weren't going till after the date. Call and ask!

When my DS renewed his old AP to a new level of AP ..... a week before the expiration date .... she told him the new benefits would not kick in until after the old AP was expired. We did this in person at Guest Relations.
