Quick answer about booking with login

I am about to book our trip for Aug '11.
But I always book over the before, with my DV, and Im wondering... Booking online, does it matter what Disney acct login you use for anything other then confirmations? DH and I both have accounts, but we use Dh's more often I just dont want to loose out on those emails deals or anything else by using a different acct.

Also does anyone know when makeing seperate ressie can u use the same email over and over?
