Quick and Casual Vouchers for UK residents...

ok - I read the thread and I don't have time to join connections before I go (and not sure if UK residents can join) but I really like the idea of the Q & C Vouchers. Apart from Ebay and The place where they are $17.50 (whats with charging $6 extra ? ) where else can ~I get them. Also could I get them delivered care of my vacation home rental company?

I think that is the only way you can get them. I am not even sure if out of US residents can join Connections or Hotwire. Ebay may be the only way and if you are pressed for time that may not work either.
