Quick ? About Transportation from WDW to Universal

We will be staying at Bay Lake Towers but will be traveling over to universal for 1 possibly 2 days. Should I arrange for transportation beforehand. or can I do it last minute that morning by just going to bell service and getting a cab at bay lake?

any experience or advice would be appreciated, we do not plan on renting a car or taking any sort of shuttle.

If you want an early start in the morning I would let bell services know the night before so they can arrange the taxi for whatever time you specify. If you like to sleep in, I would just do it when you're ready but be prepared to wait a little bit.

I know you said you didn't want to rent a car but if you decide to do more than 1 day it might be worth it to rent a compact from the car care center. They will send the shuttle over to pick you up & return you back to the hotel when you drop off the car.

whats the hours of the car care center/shuttle? Could I rent a car that day and get to USO at rope drop? How late can I drop off the car that night?
