Queues to not miss

Are there any queues that are really well themed that shouldn't be missed because of Fastpass or Single Rider? It seems like Ratatouille has a really great queue (which you don't see in single rider line or fastpass so much?). Are there any others?

No, I don't think any queue is worth standing in for just the theming. I never go into the regular line at Ratatouille, so can't tell that one. But for other regular queues... can't think of any.

Yes, ratatouille queue is nicely themed and you only walk through that room with the regular queue.
I did it in the morning after crush... and had a 10-15 min wait just long enough that I could use my ratatouille FP a pulled prior to queuing...

I can’t really think of any other queues in DLP that worth waiting in...
