For anyone who has stayed here, how is there shuttle. Is it convenient. Do you usually have to wait a long time to get on one at the Hotel and at the Park to come back. I am worried about my 8 year old walking home back late at night. No way can I carry her like we used to when she was small.

Thanks,

Pam

The shuttle service was really good on my two trips here. They had two shuttles. One was a van style and one was a small bus. They advertised that they went to Disneyland every half hour but it was more like every 20 minutes when it was busy. We walked most of the time though since it was so close.

The Candy Cane shuttles are wonderful, and a great alternative if you don't want to walk.

The shuttles pick up and drop off just outside the lobby. They're really good about being on time, and if you time it right, you usually don't have to wait at all.

At the park, the shuttles pick up and drop off in the shuttle area. During the day, they come less frequently--sometimes only once an hour. At closing though, the shuttles come nonstop. It's only about 10 minutes round-trip, so as soon as one shuttle drops off its guests, it comes back to get the others who are waiting. Don't worry if you don't get in the first shuttle because it's too crowded (which is often the case at closing time). Another shuttle will be back to get you pretty quickly. :)
