My hubby has to use an ECV... we plan to do Disney for 4 days. 1)Would it be cheaper to rent an ECV from an outside source, or to rent within the parks? 2) I know the monorail and the ferry boats are wheel chair/ECV accessible, but we plan to stay at the POP Centry which uses busses... are the busses accessible as well?
 
The buses are accessible, but if you rent an ECV at the park, you can't take it out of the park. If you need an ECV 100% of the time, you need to rent offsite.
 
It tends to be less expensive to rent from offsite. Also you get better ECVs than Disney provides. Also he can use it for getting between the room and the bus stop which is only at the main building.
