Questions to ask before renting home

So first time renting a home for our disney vacation. What are some essential questions you should always ask the owner if not specified in the description of property?

couple things I like to know.
what supplies are furnished, like paper towels/TP/dish soap/garbage bags. & some do ,some don't

also if they lock the thermostat. one house had it locked so it was never ever really cool in the house.

& do they have internet!

Total price including any fees, tax and pool heat if applicable.

Where is the home located in relationship to resort ammenities - main pool, playground, etc, if applicable.

What direction does the pool face - south is nice in fall, winter and spring. In the summer I don't really care which direction.

Is the key at the property or does it need to be picked up off site at a property mgmt company? If so, exactly where does the key need to be picked up?

When is the final payment due?

What is the cancellation policy?
