I have no idea how to go about this. Let's say I am interested in a contract listed on the Timeshare Store's web site. Do I just contact them directly or do I need an agent of my own? If I work with somebody not associated with the Timeshare Store, can they still sell me a contract listed on the Timeshare Store's site?

Thanks for any help you can give.

You can contact them directly - that's what we did. We worked with Shontell Crawford who is no longer with them but has her own company and is a member of this site. Maybe you could email/Pm her for advice. I don't know about having your own agent - not sure what they would do unless you just want to use them for advice. We did have a lawyer friend look over our docs before we signed. We had no problems though and the sale was smooth and fast. I would recommend Shontell or the Timeshare Store. Also, I think a lot of their best listings don't even make it to the web site so you should call and tell them what you want and they'll keep a look out for you. Good luck!

I just closed on a DVC @ OKW purchased through the Timeshare Store.

I simply called them up and asked a few questions then made an offer on the contract. I took a bit more time then I expected but the savings was worth it for me.

I worked with Jerry Sydow who was helpfull and called me several times just to update me on the progress of the deal. When I did call for him he always called me right back.
