Questions regarding Direct Purchase

Hi All,

I have a couple questions regarding purchasing direct from Disney that maybe some of you veterans can help me with.

The price is set to increase (referral sale ending) tomorrow. I have a guide assigned to me (due to taking the tour) who I would want to work with but he is in FL and I'm in WI. I understand that they can send you the documents and you can sign/notarize everything and send it back. Would I still get the special pricing if I had him send everything out today? If so, how long do I have to get the paperwork back to him???

Call your guide and make a deposit by credit card and I bet there will be no problem getting the current incentive.

You'll be fine. As long as your guide has the order, you will receive the current incentives and pricing. In fact if any new incentives come out before the contracts are drafted (and even before the end of your Right of Rescission period), you can ask to get new contracts with the new incentives. However, I'm not sure how this scheme affects closing costs.

In the end if you are ready to go, call your guide and he/she will walk you through it. Just make sure you call before the incentives leave

We just arrived home yesterday and I have some friends who went with us that are very serious about buying direct. They did not take the tour. My guide is off today. Can anyone tell me the referral price and incentive for Bay Lake at 250 point purchase?
