Questions re: WDW Hiring Process

I was hoping someone might have some insight on the hiring process for WDW. I have a phone interview for a Finance position tomorrow and want to be as prepared as possible.

Looking for any info on:

Interview format/questions, number of interviews in total, process for non-local candidates, thoughts on what WDW is looking for in candidates and any insights on Finance function and what they typically look for in candidates.
