We leave on the 18th for a 7 night stay at BC. We've stayed at other WDW resorts (GF and Cont), but never at the YC or BC.

I'm getting ready to fax our room special requests to the room assigner and I wanted to get your suggestions about what to request. My hubby and I have 3 children - 9, 7 and 5 - so there will be 5 of us in the room. What are your recommendations to put on our requests and then (maybe) ;) we can narrow it down to our top three.

Also - any suggestions about how to get an upgrade? There was some initial confusion about our reservations - they had accidentally booked us into the Boardwalk Inn, but after we rec'd the confirmation from Disney - we called back and it was changed. It'd be nice to stay on the concierge level, but I'm trying to figure out whether or not it's worth the extra $$.

Thanks in advance!! This has been such an informative group!!

you can always asked to be upgraded - it may work it may not

however I assume you have a standard view not a lagoon view - then I like the Epcot side - you can see the fireworks at night.

Can give you info on whcih room to request - but I just watched the special on YC & BC yesterday on the Travel Channel and these resorts look fantastic!

Have a wonderful time!

I'd recommend Concierge Level at the BC - definitely worth the extra. You should upgrade.
