Questions ...Please help!!

I am going to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure next week (from July 25-30) we are staying at a off site hotel, but we have a three day pass... i have heard that you get 3 express passes (is that what they are called?)

*4 people going...2 adults, 2 children: ages 16 and 12*

my questions are... (haha i have several)
~if we only get to use the passes on 3 rides a day...which three should we choose? for islands and the studios

~how should we split up our three days?

~what are some good restaurants? (we have never been to the parks before!)

~are the parks VERY crowded right now?

~what is the average wait at the rides?(will we spend our whole trip standing in lines?)

~any other advice for a first time universal tourist?

USF: Back to the Future, MIB, T2
IOA: Spider-Man, Hulk, Dueling Dragons

Day One: IOA. Day Two: USF Day Three: fill in the stuff you missed or want to do again

~what are some good restaurants?

Mythos in IOA is a must.

~are the parks VERY crowded?

Yup. And they deserve to be!
