Questions on what to bring

I am doing the college program in Fall 2010 (only 2 months away!) and I had 2 questions. One, Do I need to bring an ironing board/iron? I know a lot of my blouses/button up shirts would need to be ironed And 2, What kind of shoes should I bring to wear for the classes/times I need to be professionally dressed? Do women wear heels, flats..? (I am more of a flats person myself, though God knows I need the height from heels, plus they make your calves look good LOL)

There isn't an iron/ironing board, so if you use one, then you'll need to bring/buy it.

I'm wearing flats. There's a lot of walking around and I'm not going to torture my legs on the first couple of days just so my calves look a little better

I'm fairly certain that ironing boards, irons, and a bunch of other stuff can be checked out from the front desk of each complex.

Do I need to bring a t.v. or minifridge?
I assume all of the apartments have fridges but do the apartments for 8 people only have one fridge? That's a lot of people sharing one fridge.

mini-fridges are not allowed.

You do need a TV if you want one

Why are mini-fridges not allowed?
Are there room inspections? Would they know if you had one?
