Questions on Rosen Shingle Creek??

Hi I found a really great rate at the Rosen Shingle Creek for 1 night before my stay a my DVC resort and I was wondering if anyone had stayed there recently and what they thought about the place and if their are any fees that are charged like parking? how much? cleaning? how much? Anything else I should know about this place?

Any help would be great the deal expires tonight so looking for help asap.

Stayed there last October. Room was quite nice. I was walked there from Comfort Inn LBV. So I only paid $30. But there is a parking charge for self parking. It was charged back to Comfort Inn but I think it was more then $12 but less than $20? They also had valet parking for more than $20. Drop off luggage before you park the car. Self lot is not close. Has a conference center section. Nice, expensive on-site store but a Publix grocery across street. Several pools that looked nice. It's surrounded by a golf course.

I stayed there in October as well. There is a fee for parking - I think it was $12 - however, for whatever reason the hotel did not charge us. It is a HUGE property and the parking lot is nowhere near the main entrance. We managed to sneak into a side door at night. It is also a conference center, so finding a parking spot sometimes is a tad difficult. Other than those tiny inconveniences, it is a really nice place. The rooms are nice and huge, though we personally had a hike to our room. I did enjoy the view of the golf course from our room. Only stayed one night so we didn't get to enjoy much of the resort, but they have a bunch of pools, restaurants, shops, etc.
