Questions on Dapper Day hotel discount

First question is if the hotel rate is booked essentially the same as through Disney such as 1 night deposit and the rest upon check-in? I mean I know my reading comprehension isn't as bad as my family suggests but I just have to make sure. Second question is do I absolutely need to fill out the email section of the booking with all my friends' emails or can I just use one email for all of them? We're 4 adults staying in the same room.
