Questions on Boma deserts

In January they discontinued a lot of the "labor-intensive" desserts in favor of "bowl-of" renditions of the same concepts. No more chocolate mousse crunches on the disks -- now a bowl of brown glop with soggy bits thrown in. No more pineapple cheesecakes on disks -- now a flat plain cheesecake cut in squares with a bowl of strawberries (or rotating other fruit) on the side. We used to eat there almost every week and we haven't since then!!

Did they still have the triangular fruit tarts? Do you think that since the desserts are rotated, the bowls-o-stuff was what was being offered the night you went? (crossing my fingers!!)

We went with this big expectation about the zebra domes since you hear that alot on DIS. My 9 year old DD LOVED them, couldn't get enough (& she is not a big eater). I liked the chocolate mousse crunch thingy, I think I had 4 of them!

WHAT????? No more mousse crunchys????

Anyone can confirm that they do not have individual desserts anymore? Hmmmm??

Yes, I can confirm it. We were at Boma for dinner on Feb. 17. While they did have the individual zebra domes, and also baskets of individuals cookies, there were about three large communal bowls of desserts. One was definitely the chocolate mousse crunch, the other was the coconut tiramisu, can't remember the other one. They did have little individual plain cheesecakes, with a bowl of berry (raspberry?) sauce on the side.
