Questions - lockers and gift shops

We leave in just a few days and I have lots of last minute questions arising as I begin packing and finalize plans!

Does anyone know the approximate cost of the large lockers for rent in the park? Thinking we might need to utilize them at one point. Are they coin operated or do we pay at a kiosk?

Can I pay for gift shop purchases in the park by charging it to my onsite hotel room? Trying to determine if I'll need to carry a credit card to the parks. The gift shops will send packages to the onsite hotels, yes?

Water - CS places will give free ice water? Will they refill mugs/bottles with water?

Ponchos - is it recommended to carry ponchos with us in case of rain? Or is there enough indoor attractions that we can stay relatively dry?

Yes free water and fill up at most counters for you and all

If the line is long they might give you cups of water that you can pour in your bottles

I charge back to my room all the time
If a charge does not go thru tell the clerk to call the hotel for approval and they will
This always happens to me at least once each trip
It does not bother me as I know they are very careful at the shops for fraud

I have a very common last name is the problem

Sometimes I can the cheap plastic ponchos if rain is predicted
I can fit it in my pocket
I also take a small Baggie for my iPhone so it does not get wet

There are many places in the studios to wait out the rain
And there are more indoor rides at the studios so you can wait out a pouring rain
