Questions? Help!

We are very new to cruising and are trying to get all the paperwork filled out before we arrive at the ship. The Bahamas immigration arrival and depart form, for the city where you boarded do I put down cape or port canaveral? Also for my son who is 4 do I sign his or do I leave blank?

Any helpful pointers would be much appeciated.

You would put Port Canaveral down on the form.

I believe that you would have to sign the form for your 4 year old
