Questions from a recent Disney Trip

• Is it accurate that 95% of people with a dining plan have no idea how it works? I was stuck behind people with dining plans at every counter service restaurant I was at and they seemed clueless about snack credits/meals
  
• Is there a naked mermaid on Peter Pan's Flight?
• What happened to cast members being happy? Recently, more and more cast members have been not very happy and some have been just plain rude.

Also, What is with people getting out of line or showing up after their group and cutting through the queue? If you get out of line you should start back at the beginning.
