Questions from a newbie, please help

Not new to the Dis, but new to Sea World. I am considering the Buy 3 Get 2 Free deal and maybe adding on a couple more days. The deal includes length of stay tickets for Sea World and Busch Gardens. So I have a few questions:

1. Is there enough to do in those parks to fill up a week's stay?
2. Do they have a planning DVD (similar to Disney) for the parks?
3. I am considering either the Springhill Suites or Residence Inn. Does anyone
have any experience with either of these?
4. Does anyone know how long the Buy 3 Get 2 Free deal will last?
And if the prices change or stay the same?
5. How are Spring Break crowds?
