I can't remember for sure but I think there are THREE locations.

I know two of them.

One is at the Terrace station.

one is at the Horseshoe Salloon

I think the other is in Fantasyland.

The hot cocoa was very very good. the cookies were slightly dry.

We went last year and the one hot cocoa and cookie station was in Frontierland, the one picture station I saw was next to the Dole Whip. We were there in Oct for the Halloween Party and they had pictures at the same place but also at the TimeKeeper place. Maybe they will have them there again.....

There is a location across from the entrance to Haunted Mansion (cocoa & cookies).
