Questions for SSR goers

I do not know the buyer nor does she know me so the only relationship is one of business and since this is strictly a business relationship, I believe written contracts are necessary for everyone's protection as is suggested on the "sticky" note on the boards but thanks for your imput. If there is nothing to hide and everything is on the up and up then why won't she agree to a contract?? I find her unwillingness to have a contract suspicious. I'm happy to go elsewhere.
