Questions for salaried Disney Castmembers

I apologize in advance if this is not the proper location for this, but I’m hoping there are other salaried castmembers on here that can answer questions. I’ve got a final panel interview on Monday for a salaried position with WDW. I’ve worked before in hourly so I’m not familiar with salaried benefits. Can anyone tell me if and how the main gate and admission entitlements work for salaried castmembers? Also, do you accrue time off like hourly castmembers do or do you start off with time in to use automatically? Thanks so much in advance!
