Questions for dining gluten free

I'm in the planning stages for our first trip since fining out my DD and I have Celiac Disease and I'm a little nervous about making ADR's. I did try to contact Disney and received a very unhelpful reply stating they try to work with allergies and I can find out more closer to my trip... but since I want to make my ADR's 180 in advance I'm hoping you all could help :goodvibes

I know most places will have some gluten free offerings, but I'm trying to find specifics. I loved the Artichoke dip at Sci Fi last year, does anyone know if that's gluten free? Other than that can you give me your best gluten free dining options? What did you get? What options did they give you?

Any help would be appreciated! Also my DD will be 3 so any kids menu choices would be great.

Your best bet is to note the diet restriction on your ADR and mention to your server at the restaurant.
You might also want to try a search or look on the Disabilities boards. This question comes up often.
 
My DS has celiac & has dined happily at many WDW locations many times. You can email WDW.Special.Diets@disney.com & ask them for the list of gluten free park offerings. It will list all the CS locations that offer GF foods & will tell you many of the food choices. It will not tell you what is & isn't GF at TS restaurants. As far as TS goes we have never had a bad experience. You can make an ADR at any restaurant but be sure to let them know (either online or over the phone) that you will need a GF meal. The chef will come to the table & go over what you can & can't have or just ask you what you want. The chefs are wonderful. If you are dining at buffet they will also walk the buffet line with you & tell you what is safe. If you don't like any of the choices they'll make you something else (at least that has been our experience). My DS is 9 so he has a child's appetite (pizza, pasta, etc.). He's never not been able to find something to eat. His favorites are Boma, Le Cellier (mostly for the rolls!), & Kona. He also likes the GF pizza they serve at CS restaurants.
