Questions for Christmas 2012

Ok, I am really hoping to get to return for free dining in November or Decemeber 2012 if it is released then. So a few questions I have in mind are this.

1. What time in November is the decor up for Christmas?

2. And when is the projected FLand project going to be done? I am
betting on fewer resort discounts when this is done. Is this a safe
assumption to make?

1. Christmas decorations go up within days of the Halloween decorations going down. MK is decked out by November 8 - 10, when the MVMCP start. The other parks and resorts start putting up their decorations around that time frame and are decked out by the week before Thanksgiving. Epcot is decorated, but their Holidays around the World do not start until the Friday after Thanksgiving.

2. Most of the big MK projects, except for the new Snow White ride, are supposed to be done by the end of 2012, no exact/specific date has been given yet. As for discounts, it's really to early to tell what they will be offering for next winter.
