Questions before getting on the plane in 21 days!

I am going to start getting us packed! I can't believe only 21 more days! But I have a few questions.

DS and I each have our own carry ons and luggage. This was the only way I felt comfortable not going over the 50 pound weight limit.

So now will the scanners damage:
my digital camera
my disposable cameras
my dvds
my portable dvd player

All of the above is going in mine or DS carry on.

I will also be carrying a small columbia backpack with our money, tickets, ids etc.

Thanks in advance. I have not flown in over 20 years so this is going to be interesting. I already plan on getting to MKE 2 hours ahead of time. So we can check in - get through security - get breakfast and wait to be flown to MICKEY!

Your film cameras film can be damaged by going through the scanner. Ask for a hand scan. Your digital camera will be fine.

DVD and dvd's will be fine.
